Aftersales and warranty claims handler

An opportunity exists within our busy Caravan Dealership for a full time aftersales and warranty claims handler. The successful applicant will be responsible for handling all customer warranty claims and aftersales requirements.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, well organised and be able to display the following key skills required for this position.

Answering telephones

Administration

Computer literacy

Sales and customer service

Parts handling

Knowledge of touring caravans and experience in this type of role is preferred, however on the job training and guidance will be provided to the right applicant.

37.5 hours per week plus 2 Saturday mornings per month (9am – 1pm) paid at overtime rates

28 Days holiday per annum (includes Bank Holidays)

Taking payments

Some reception duties

Assisting to maintain a clean work space/customer areas

The Raymond James Caravans Team Celebrates Sales Success

The Raymond James Caravans team announces ***BUSIEST SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER EVER!!!****

The team here at Raymond James Caravans are delighted to announce our busiest ever new model launch for the 2017 season, with an 8% increase on our previous best results in these 2 months, with over 300 caravans being sold throughout this period.

Celebrations took place at recently at a suitable pub, where the whole team where invited to join in and an excellent night was had by all. Our thanks to Lee and his team at The Cock Inn, Sibson (13th Century inn – well worth a visit). The food and the service were excellent.

The attendance at our recent VIP event was overwhelming and the period that followed throughout the NEC and beyond has seen demand for New Caravans at an all time high, with quality used and nearly new caravans also being sold at a similar rate.

Indeed all of our Manufacturer Partners have sold out for 2017 and only those dealers that have ordered stock will be able to supply. Fortunately Raymond James Caravans, in partnership with Elddis, Buccaneer, Coachman and Bailey Caravans have ensured that we have a good supply of popular selling caravans available.
