We will rush to dispatch your order same or next working day, but will contact you if there will be any delays. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekend or bank holidays.

Picking & Packing

At Raymond James, every order is hand-picked and packed with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition—and on time.

Regional Courier Details

• UK Mainland (incl. Northern Ireland) – Our courier provides a one-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery. You can divert to a neighbour, safe place, or parcel shop if needed.
• Islands Offshore & Scottish Highlands – Our courier delivers within 3-7 working days. In rare cases, a surcharge applies – contact us first.
• A calling card (or SMS/email) is issued if no one is in, with options to re-schedule or collect locally.
• Working Hours:
  • Monday – 10:00am to 5:30pm
  • Tuesday to Saturday – 9:00am to 5:30pm
  • Sunday – 10:30am to 4:30pm
