Lounge and Living Area
The 545 Xtra has an L-shaped lounge at the front, giving you a comfortable seating area that works as well for an evening in as it does for a lazy morning with a coffee. There’s a large rooflight above, a Heki rooflight, door flyscreen, and full fly screens throughout. The blinds are already fitted, and the loose fit carpets add a warm feel underfoot.
Sleeping
The rear fixed island bed is a king size, and you can walk around both sides of it easily. For a 4-berth van, the sleeping layout is one of the strongest parts of this spec. You get the comfort of a permanent bed without having to convert anything at the end of the night.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a full oven with hob, a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, and an extractor fan. There’s also an external gas BBQ point, which is a nice touch for warmer evenings on site. The onboard water tank keeps you self-sufficient when you need it.
Heating and Washroom
Alde hydronic heating is fitted throughout – this is wet underfloor-style heating that warms the van evenly and quietly, rather than blowing hot air. It’s a step up from standard blown-air systems and makes a real difference on cooler nights. The end washroom has a shower, cassette toilet, and washbasin, all in a separate compartment at the rear.
Exterior and Security
The body panels are one-piece aluminium, which keeps the structure clean and reduces the risk of water ingress at joints. Alloy wheels, a spare wheel, and a hitch head stabiliser are all included. There’s an alarm fitted, a battery charger, a solar panel for topping up your leisure battery, a stereo system, and mains electric connection. A motor mover is already fitted, which makes manoeuvring on pitch much easier.
