The 2025 Bailey Unicorn Deluxe Vigo is a 4-berth touring caravan that puts everyday comfort first, with a fixed island bed and one of the best heating systems you can have in a van. At 2.21m wide and 7.34m in external length, it’s an easy tow for most family cars – big enough to live in comfortably.
Layout and Living Space
The Vigo is a rear island bed layout with an end washroom. It works brilliantly for couples, with the front lounge converting to a second double when family or friends come along. Loose fit carpets, blinds, and fly screens throughout keep it cosy and comfortable in every season.
Kitchen Facilities
You get a full oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and freezer. That’s everything you need to cook real meals on site rather than relying on the site restaurant every night. There’s an external gas BBQ point too, so when the sun’s out you can cook outside and keep the van smelling fresh.
Heating and Climate
The Vigo comes with Alde central heating, which works like the radiators in your house. It warms the van gently and evenly, and it’s widely regarded as the best heating you can have in a caravan – ideal if you tour in the colder months. The Heki rooflight and large rooflight bring in natural light during the day and give you good ventilation when you need it.
Practical Extras
A solar panel keeps your battery topped up off grid, backed by a battery charger and mains electric with an external 240v point. Alloy wheels, a spare wheel, and a hitch head stabiliser take care of the practical side of towing, while the alarm adds peace of mind on storage sites and driveways. GRP side panels give the van a tough, durable outer skin, and the whole package is covered by a 2 year warranty.
Weight and Towing
The Unicorn Deluxe Vigo has an unladen weight of 1430kg and an MTPLM of 1600kg, giving you 170kg of payload to work with. It’s worth checking those figures against your car’s towing limit and kerb weight before you buy. If you’re unsure, the team at Raymond James Caravans can walk you through the numbers when you visit.
