The 2027 Swift Sprite Major 4 EB is a 4 berth touring caravan that gives you two separate double bed areas in one van. At 2.23m (7’4″) wide and 7.63m (25’0″) in external length, it’s a longer Sprite than the Alpine, so there’s more room to spread out once you’re set up on site.
Layout and Living Space The Major 4 EB gives you a front double bed plus a fixed rear double bed, so you can sleep two couples separately, or spread a family out across the van. Blinds and fly screens are fitted to every window, and front and top opening bed bases give you easy access to storage underneath.
Kitchen Facilities The kitchen has a Thetford thermostatic oven with grill and a three burner gas hob, so you can cook a full meal whichever hook-up you’re on. An under counter Dometic 98 litre fridge with a freezer compartment means you can cook a full meal on site, rather than relying on the site restaurant every night.
Heating and Climate The Major 4 EB runs on dual fuel heating from a Truma Combi Boiler, with low energy LED lighting fitted throughout the van and a minimum of four 230V sockets so you’re never short of power.
Practical Extras A twin USB point is fitted for charging phones and tablets, and an AL-KO AKS stabiliser is fitted as standard for extra confidence on the road.
Weight and Towing The Major 4 EB has an unladen weight of 1221kg and an MTPLM of 1378kg, giving you 157kg of payload to work with. It’s a single axle van. It’s worth checking those figures against your car’s towing limit and kerb weight before you order.
