Features

  • 3 year warranty

The 2027 Elddis Autoquest GTV 260 is a dedicated 2-berth campervan, built around a rear lounge rather than a fixed bed. At 2.05m wide and 6.0m long, it drives and parks like a normal van, while the layout gives you a genuinely comfortable living space during the day.

Layout and Living Space

Rather than the rear bed layout used elsewhere in the range, the GTV 260 has a comfortable rear lounge that makes the most of the living space while you’re up and about. When it’s time to turn in, the sofa quickly converts into either a large double bed or two single beds, so you can choose whichever suits you that night. With 2 seatbelts and 2 berths, this is a van built specifically for couples, and it doesn’t take the pop-top roof option or the front lounge bed conversion that some other GTV models offer.

Kitchen Facilities

A standard Thetford oven and two-burner gas hob mean you’re not stuck relying on the site restaurant for every meal. The 90 litre Thetford fridge, fitted with an integrated freezer, sits beside the sliding door so it’s within reach whichever way you’re cooking.

Heating and Climate

The GTV 260 comes with the Truma Combi 4DE, a 4kW diesel and electric 2-in-1 unit that heats the van and the water together, and can also run reliably while you’re driving. It’s controlled through the iNet X2 touchscreen panel, which also connects to the Truma app on your phone, and the panoramic cab sunroof adds natural light up front.

Practical Extras

Standard fittings include a 22 inch HD TV on its own mounting bracket and a built-in 5G WiFi router, covering both entertainment and connectivity. The Anthracite awning creates a sheltered outdoor spot, and the built-in electric step takes the effort out of getting in and out. Reversing is made easier by the rear-view camera built into the 10 inch Zenec infotainment system, and repositionable track-mounted spotlights and USB points can be moved to wherever light or charging is needed.

Weight and Towing

The GTV 260 has an unladen weight (Mass in Running Order) of 3,011kg and an MTPLM of 3,500kg, giving you 489kg of payload to work with. MTPLM stands for the maximum technically permissible laden mass, the most the van can legally weigh once loaded. It’s worth checking this figure against your driving licence category before you buy. If you’re unsure, the team at Raymond James Caravans can walk you through it when you visit.
