The 2027 Elddis Whirlwind GT 74DS is the longest model Elddis builds in the Whirlwind range. At 2.33m wide and 7.4m long, there’s genuinely more room to live in here than anywhere else in the lineup.
The front lounge works just as well for quiet relaxing as it does for gathering everyone together, helped along by captain’s chairs that swivel to face the room and a large table for meals or games. There’s also the option of an electric drop-down bed over the front lounge, useful if you occasionally need to sleep more people than the fixed berths allow, and it stows away neatly when not in use. The bedroom is available as a rear twin bed or an island bed, both fitted with wooden slatted bases and 110mm, seven-zone mattresses that are built for comfort. The bathroom is either a Vario-bathroom, using a swivel wall to save space, or a separate toilet and shower, depending on the layout you pick. The rear garage opens from both sides via twin doors, adding 150kg of payload capacity for outdoor gear, bikes or camping essentials.
